2 Q. How do I register on Only D’ Best Website/App?

You can easily register by clicking Login / Sign up on the website, Android or iOS app. Kindly follow the instructions by providing your mobile number and validate it with the OTP. After this, please fill in all the required information along with the password. On submission, you will be registered with us. If you have received a REFERRAL LINK or REFERRAL CODE from a friend or a relative, please ensure that you enter it during the registration process. Please note, the referral code can be used only during the first time registration process. It cannot be used once your registration is completed.

3 Q. I am not a tech savvy person and don't know how to use apps and websites, can I simply place orders on phone, like I do with my neighbourhood grocery store? Can I still register with Only D’ Best?

No problem! We have specially designed ‘Order on Phone’ option for you. You can still register with us by calling our customer service helpline. Our customer service associate would be happy to help you with the new customer registration process. In case you are not comfortable in giving the referral code to our customer care associate, you can give the referrer's name and validate it with his / her registered mobile number. Once validated you will be successfully registered with us. If you do not have any referral code, you can still register with us.

4 Q. Are there any fees or charges to register on Only D’ Best?

There are no charges or fees for registration with us.

5 Q. Can I place an order without registration? Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?

You can explore a wide range of products and add them to your cart without registration. If you want to place the order without registering with us, you can do so by simply ‘Checking out as Guest’. You can select this option after your cart is ready for check out. After which, you can enter your shipping address where you want your monthly groceries delivered.

6 Q. I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

Don't worry. You can easily reset your password from the website and the apps. While trying to login, kindly click the forgot password button, validate your mobile number with an OTP and you can reset any password of your choice.

7 Q. Can I change my account details after registration?

Yes, of course. After logging in, click ‘My Account’.You will see the option ‘My Profile’ where you can change your name, date of birth, addresses and email address anytime. However, you cannot change your ‘Registered Mobile Number’ because it is unique to every account. No two accounts can have the same mobile number or email address.

8 Q. Can I have multiple addresses for delivery of my monthly grocery?

Absolutely yes! You can add multiple addresses to your account by going to ‘My Profile’ under ‘My Account’ section. But please note, multiple items clubbed in one single order will be delivered to only one address; if you have multiple products to be delivered at multiple addresses, you will have to create different orders.

9 Q. I came across an interesting product, which I don’t want to buy immediately but wish to save for quick future reference. Can I add it to ‘My Wishlist’?

Yes. Adding any product to your wish list is quite simple. All you need to do is hit the heart shaped button on the top right corner of any product and it gets added to your wishlist automatically. You can find the ‘My Wishlist’ tab under the menu tab in the Apps, or from the ‘Welcome (Your Name)’ drop down menu on the website. It is basically a list of products that you plan to buy in the near future. You can also use this list for other multiple purposes. You can follow any product for discounts or wait till it is available in stock.

Yes, there is a limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. Currently, you can make up to 20 referrals. If the monthly grocery buying patterns of these 20 families is similar to yours, you can easily save up to 70% on your own monthly groceries by redeeming points deposited into your ‘Savings Wallet’. However, if you feel that a particular family / person is not making enough purchases, you can remove them from your referral list and add someone whose monthly buying pattern is similar to yours or even higher. Please note, once removed, you cannot add the same person / family to your referral list in the future.

12 Q. Is there any limit to the number of points that can be redeemed in a particular order transaction?

No, there is no limit to the number of points that can be redeemed in the particular transaction. You can use as many points as you want provided you have sufficient balance in your Savings Wallet. However, the number of points that you can redeem from your savings account is dependent on your total cart value. You can actually pay 70% of your total cart value from your savings wallet for every transaction, big or small. 30% of cart value has to be paid online through a credit and debit card, net banking or through COD (cash on delivery) mode. Therefore, the higher the cart value, the higher the savings!

13 Q. Who can I give my referral codes to? How will they be able to use it? Can I ask already registered users to become a part of my referral list?

You can easily check the balance in your savings account by logging into ‘My Account’ on the website or the app. You can check your savings made by way of referral points credited to your ‘My Savings Wallet’ on a monthly basis, quarterly basis, annually. Moreover, you can also check savings made for a particular date range. However, points in ‘My Savings Wallet’ are valid only for 90 days. So, points accrued today shall expire 90 days later. We therefore encourage you to redeem your points earned against every purchase you make. This can allow you to save up to 70% every single time, if you have sufficient points earned through purchases made by your referrals.

16 Q. What is the value of 1 (one) referral point?

The value of 1 referral point is Re. 1/-. However, the Company reserves the right to change the value of referral points without prior notice.

17 Q. Can I redeem referral points from ‘My Savings Wallet’ on platforms other than Only D’ Best?

No, points from your savings account can be redeemed only on our website, apps and through our call centre, nowhere else.

18 Q. Can I transfer / gift my referral points to my family and friends?

No, points credited to your ‘Savings Wallet’ can be used and redeemed only by you. However, it is possible for you to order on behalf of your family and friends from your account. Simply enter their address as the shipping address and the delivery shall be sent to them.

20 Q. How is fresh produce like vegetables and fruits packed, weighed and billed?

Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand picked, specially sorted for the highest grade for our quality conscious customers like you and carefully packed. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products. Every fruit and vegetable varies in size and weight. Depending on the item, we either sell it on a piece-basis or on weight basis. In both cases, either number of pieces or approximate weight when packed, as the case maybe, is clearly mentioned on the package.

21 Q. What are the different ways in which I can place an order?

Depending on your comfort level, we have four different ways of placing an order with us. You can place an order with us on our Android app, iOS app, website or simply ‘Order on Phone’ to save time.

We will send you an order confirmation SMS & Email (In case you have shared your email id with us.)

23 Q. Can I see past orders placed with Only D’ Best?

Yes, of course. All you need to do is log into your account, and hit the “My Orders” button. You can search your orders by entering your order ID or can also choose your previous orders by selecting a date range.

24 Q. How can I save time by ‘Reordering’ my monthly groceries in a super-quick manner every month?

We at Only D’ Best understand the value of your time. Therefore, we have an option for you to ‘Reorder’ your monthly groceries from the ‘Super Quick Reorder’ in the Menu tab in the Apps or from the ‘Welcome (Your Name)’ drop down menu on the website. Using this Reorder option, you no longer need to worry about spending time in searching for and adding several items to cart every month; all you need to do is reorder your grocery list from the past orders placed with us. Don't worry, you can still make additions and deletions to your cart before checkout, if need be.

25 Q.How do I search for an item which may be known differently in different languages?

You can search through different keywords and phonetic names of the item in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada And Malayalam. For Eg: Ladies Finger, Lady’s Finger, Bhindi, Bhendi, Bhinda, Okra, Dharosh, Vendakkai, Benda Kayi, Bende and Vendakka.

26 Q. What is the difference between billing and shipping address?

Shipping address is where you want your groceries to be delivered. However, at times there are cases where you might want to order groceries for your relatives or friends. In that case, the shipping address will be that of your relatives or friends, while the billing address will be yours. Similarly, for offices with multiple locations, the billing address would be that of a particular office, while the shipping address would be wherever you want your groceries to be delivered.

27 Q. What are the delivery slots available? What is the cut-off time for each slot?

For your convenience, we currently have two delivery slots. The first slot is from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, while the second slot is from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Our cut off time is 6:00 pm. All orders received up to 6:00 pm shall be delivered the next day either in Slot 1 or Slot 2. You may also select any delivery slot for the next 3 days.

28 Q. The cut off time has passed. Can I add or remove products from my order?

After the cut off time of 6:00 pm, a whole lot of processes get carried out including picking, packing, billing etc., to ensure that you get the correct delivery of your order at your selected time slot. Therefore your order will be up for delivery. However, if you still wish to remove a product from the order, you can easily return it to us at the time of delivery. We shall refund the value of the returned products in the same credit/debit card/net banking account/wallet from where the payment was made. Similarly, if you want to add on to the order, please feel free to place a new order for those products.

29 Q. Can I cancel an order? Is there any order cancellation fee?

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we understand that you might want to cancel an order. With our customer friendly Cancellation Policy, orders once placed, can be easily modified or cancelled at any time upto 6:00 pm on the website, the apps or by calling our customer care helpline. There is no order cancellation fee.

30 Q. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, of course! You can easily do so by logging into your account on the website or app and Track Your Order by its unique order number. Moreover, when your order is out for delivery, you shall receive a text message with ETA (Expected Time Of Arrival) as well as the details of our delivery associate and a tracking link, through which you can track the movement of the delivery van, like on google map, on a real time basis. THIS IS ONLY D’ BEST INNOVATION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN E-COMMERCE INDUSTRY IN INDIA. Other enterprise level e-commerce websites currently offer only status update and not the vehicle movement tracking link.

31 Q. What do different order status mean?
You can easily Track Your Order Status.

  • Confirmed: In case of Prepaid orders, what this means is that your order has been booked successfully and payment has been received. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order what this means is that your order has been booked successfully.
  • Pending: In case of Prepaid orders, what this means is that your order has been booked successfully and payment is under process. It will be dispatched once the payment is received.
  • Failed: In case of Prepaid orders, what this means is that your order has been cancelled since your payment could not go through due to any technical reasons with the payment gateway. Kindly reorder using our one click REORDER option.
  • Cancelled: The order has been successfully cancelled by you.
  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and you will receive it within the time slot selected by you.
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
  • Delivery Failed: Our delivery associate attempted delivery at your door-step, but we could not complete the delivery. He may make one more attempt in the next few hours, failing which the items would be returned to our warehouse and the order will be treated as cancelled. In case of Prepaid order, we shall refund that amount back to you through the same mode of payment you chose at the time of checking out.

32 Q. Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

For your convenience, we do not have a minimum value for any order. However, we offer free home delivery services for orders above Rs. 599/-. We encourage you to take maximum advantage of our free delivery service. For any order value below Rs. 599/-, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 50/-. Our delivery associates are not authorised to ask for any extra money for whatsoever reason. Please also do not pay any tips to them.

33 Q. I received wrong / damaged products, what should I do?

Do not worry. We have a ‘No Questions Asked Return Policy’. Please return the products at the time of delivery, but not later on, and we shall refund that amount back to you through the mode of payment you chose at the time of checking out.

34 Q. Can I Replace / Exchange The Products That I Have Purchased From Only D’ Best?

If you wish to Replace / Exchange a certain product, kindly follow the below mentioned procedure:

i) Return the product under our ‘No Questions Asked Return Policy’ at the time of delivery, but not later on.

ii) Place a fresh new order to enjoy a seamless ordering experience.

35 Q. Will I get a tax invoice?

Yes, of course! If you have made an online payment during checkout, you shall receive the tax invoice by email within a few minutes. However, if you have opted for Cash On Delivery as your mode of payment, you shall receive a tax invoice at the time of delivery.

36 Q. The item I want is either out of stock or not visible in your website. What should i do?

If the item is out of stock, you will see the status as ‘OUT OF STOCK’. You can choose an option ‘NOTIFY ME’. You will get an automatic notification from our system as soon as the item arrives in our stock.

If the item is not visible despite your search, try to search again through different keywords and phonetic names of the item in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada And Malayalam. 38 Q. Will I be notified about the probable delivery time of my order?

Yes, of course! You can expect the delivery of your order during the time slot you have selected. Once your order reaches the hub nearest to your home, you will automatically receive an SMS containing your order number, order total, name of the delivery associate, ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival) and a tracking link which will help you track the whereabouts of your order on a real time basis, like in a google map. If by any chance, your delivery is delayed for any reasons beyond our control, our system will automatically send you the revised estimated time of arrival ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival) by means of another SMS. THIS IS ONLY D’ BEST INNOVATION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN E-COMMERCE INDUSTRY IN INDIA. Other enterprise level e-commerce websites currently offer only status update and not the vehicle movement tracking link.

39 Q. Do you deliver in my area?

Our services shall be available only in Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai. When you use our App, Website, or Call center for the first time, you will automatically be prompted for checking your pin code for determining whether our delivery service is available in your area.

You can also change your location pin code as well as check the list of serviceable pin codes in Mumbai, by clicking ‘Change Location’ near the pin code number appearing on the top right corner of the website or app. In case your pin code is currently not serviceable, do not lose heart, we plan to cover the entire MMRDA region (Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai) very soon.

40 Q. Do you accept Credit Card, Debit Card or Meal Vouchers at the time of delivery?

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking payment online, only at the time of check-out while placing the order on the website or app. If you have chosen ‘Cash On Delivery’ as your mode of payment, our delivery associate can accept only cash, no other mode of payment. However, to have a smooth and seamless experience in placing an order with us, we request you to go cashless and make payments at the time of check out on the website or app. Currently, we do not accept any meal vouchers either at the time of check out or at the time of delivery.

41 Q. Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

We understand that at times, due to some unforeseen reasons and circumstances, you might not be available to receive deliveries of your groceries and might want to change the shipping address to your neighbour in the same building/housing society. You can use ‘Leave With My Neighbour’ Option by calling our Call Center Number 8858 01 01 01, as long as the requested address is in the same building/housing society. In case it is COD (Cash on Delivery) order, please ensure that the neighbour hands over your cash against delivery and signs the POD (Proof of Delivery) on your behalf.

42 Q. Is your delivery safe and hygienic?

Absolutely! As our name ‘Only D Best’ suggests, the very purpose of our company is promoting ‘Health and Happiness’. We take utmost care for our customers by adhering to highest standards of food safety and hygiene across all our processes from procurement to delivery. Our delivery associates have been recruited after a medical examination by qualified doctors. They have been further trained on grooming and safe handling of foods. Every day when they report, a supervisor fills a check list which includes clean uniform and other aspects of grooming and hygiene. We encourage you to report every instance at our Call Center on 8858 01 01 01 in case of any violation of food safety and hygiene standards by our delivery associates. 43 Q. Do you offer same day delivery or express delivery?

Unlike most other e-commerce companies, our endeavour is to offer the freshest and the highest grade vegetables and fruits directly from farms and other merchandise which is as fresh as possible. We believe that this policy is more conducive to our purpose of ensuring healthier and happier lives by offering only the highest grade and quality. You will agree that health is more important than just the speed and convenience that comes with dangerous long term implications for health. All you need to do is plan and place your order just a day in advance.

44 Q. How do I request for delivery time on which you have no delivery slots?

Currently our delivery times are restricted only to delivery slots as per options shown while placing order. Soon we shall have more delivery slots which shall cover your needs.

45 Q. Will I get my entire products in single delivery?

Yes, we shall strive to deliver all your products in a single delivery. We do not do part shipments. In case some item/s from your order is/are not available at our warehouse, you will receive an SMS notification well in advance so that you can plan an alternative at your end.

46 Q. What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control in case your order gets delayed, our system will automatically send you an SMS with revised ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).

47 Q. Can I take the shipment after checking the quantity inside, expiry date etc?

Absolutely! You MUST check quantity, expiry date etc before accepting the delivery. If you are not satisfied with any item, you can return it at the time of delivery, not later.
